New books you asked for

Students have asked for the next books in these two trilogies, so I wanted to announce that I have them now and they’ll be available at Colony in a few days. The third book in The Maze Runner series–The Death Cure–and the second book in the Matched series–Crossed. I’m impatient to read Crossed, but I will give you the first crack at checking it out!

Victoria Waddle is a Pushcart Prize-nominated writer and has been included in Best Short Stories from The Saturday Evening Post Great American Fiction Contest. Her books include a collection of feminist short fiction, Acts of Contrition, and a chapbook on grief, The Mortality of Dogs and Humans. Her YA novel about a polygamist cult, Keep Sweet, launches in June 2025.
